What You’ll Need:

  • Your Aspire tank (empty or low on e-liquid)
  • Your e-liquid (make sure it’s the flavor you prefer)
  • A clean cloth or paper towel (optional, in case of spills)

Step-by-Step Guide to Refill an Aspire Tank:

1. Remove the Tank from the Battery or Mod

  • Unscrew the tank from your vape battery or mod.
  • Set the tank on a flat surface to avoid spills.

2. Unscrew the Top Cap

  • Depending on your Aspire tank model, the top cap might either twist off or slide open.
    • For top-fill models (like the Aspire Nautilus), simply unscrew the top cap.
    • For tanks with a top-slide mechanism, you may need to slide the top piece to expose the filling port.

3. Locate the E-liquid Filling Ports

  • Aspire tanks typically have two small filling holes: one for the e-liquid and another for air to escape.
  • Identify the larger hole (usually for filling) and make sure you’re using that one.

4. Refill the Tank

  • Take your e-liquid bottle and carefully insert the nozzle into the filling port.
  • Slowly squeeze the bottle to fill the tank, being careful not to overfill.
  • Do not fill all the way to the top—leave a little space (air gap) at the top to prevent leaks when you screw the cap back on.

5. Close the Tank

  • Once the tank is filled with e-liquid, carefully screw the top cap back on, making sure it’s tightly secured.
  • If your tank has a sliding cap, slide it back into place.

6. Wait a Few Minutes (If Using a New Coil)

  • If you’ve just replaced the coil, wait about 5-10 minutes before using the tank to allow the cotton inside the coil to fully saturate with e-liquid. This helps prevent burning the coil.

7. Reattach the Tank to the Mod

  • Screw the filled tank back onto your vape mod or battery.
  • Make sure the tank is tightly screwed on to avoid any leakage.

8. Check for Leaks

  • After assembling, check around the base and top of the tank for any signs of leakage.
  • If there’s any leakage, gently wipe it off with a cloth and check that everything is tightened properly.

Tips for Refilling:

  • Don’t Overfill: Leave a little air space at the top to prevent e-liquid from spilling when you reattach the top cap.
  • Use the Right E-liquid: Make sure the e-liquid is compatible with your tank. For example, higher VG e-liquids work better with sub-ohm tanks, while PG-based liquids are often better for standard tanks.
